SHIPPING & RETURNS

Shipments

Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after making the payment for your purchase.

Orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday (except holidays).

Once shipped, the delivery times will be as follows:

· Spain: estimated delivery time of 2 to 5 working days.
· Europe: estimated delivery time of 4 to 10 working days.
· Rest of the world: delivery time according to destination country.

* The indicated time can be altered by external agents to Kiniria.

Peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands, Andorra and Portugal: € 8

* Shipments to countries outside the European Union may incur additional customs duties not included in the shipping price. In no case will Kiniria assume these expenses, they will be borne by the client.

All items are shipped via courier and have a tracking number that you will receive by email once your order has been shipped. Please make sure the address and phone number you have provided are correct.

We are not responsible for damages or losses that occur after the merchandise has been delivered to the postal or courier service. In case you receive the package damaged or in poor condition, before signing the delivery, state it on the delivery receipt and notify us immediately and keep all the documentation so that we can file a claim.

If the product suffers any type of damage or breakage, please let us know within a maximum period of 48 hours from the receipt of your order. Only in the case of erroneous shipments or defective products Kiniria will bear the shipping costs.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All of our products are handmade, minor imperfections or variations in shape, size and color should not be considered defective.

Skin:

Color differences, grain changes, wrinkles or marks are not uncommon. Depending on the type of leather, it can present these characteristics in varying amounts, which is part of the beauty of leather and will not be accepted as defective.

The exchange or return period is 15 days from the date of receipt of your purchase. After this date, the exchange or return of any item purchased through our online store will not be accepted.

Send an email to hello@kiniria.com with your order number, the number / name of the item you want to return and the reason.

We will send you an email with the confirmation of the return and the steps to follow for it.

The products in case of return must be in the same state in which they were originally delivered, new without use, with all the labeling and the respective accessories.

The return costs will be borne by the customer and will be subtracted from the reimbursed amount after acceptance of the return of the purchase.

Kiniria reserves the right to deny any credit if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.

Once the return is approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase. A confirmation email will be sent to you as soon as your refund has been processed.

Please note that returns from countries outside the European Union may incur additional customs charges. In no case will the brand bear these expenses.

* Until we receive the item is your responsibility. We recommend that you send us the item by courier or registered mail and that you keep the proof of shipment.
