Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment for your purchase.
Orders will be shipped from Monday to Friday (except holidays).
Once shipped, delivery times will be as follows:
• Spain: estimated delivery time: 1 to 5 business days. • Europe: estimated delivery time 2 to 10 business days. • Rest of the world: delivery time depending on destination country.

*Shipments to countries outside the European Union may incur additional customs duties not included in the shipping price. Under no circumstances will Kiniria be responsible for these costs, they will be borne by the customer.
All items are sent via courier and have a tracking number which you will receive by email once your order has been shipped. Please ensure that the address and phone number you have provided are correct.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs after the goods have been handed over to the postal or courier service. If you receive a damaged or damaged package, please note this on the delivery receipt before signing for delivery and notify us immediately, keeping all documentation so that we can file a claim.
If the product is damaged or broken in any way, please let us know within a maximum of 48 hours of receiving your order. Only in the case of incorrect shipments or defective products will Kiniria assume the shipping costs.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All our products are handmade. Small imperfections or variations in shape, size and colour should not be considered defective but are part of the artisanal process.
FUR
Color differences, grain changes, wrinkles or marks are not uncommon. Depending on the type of leather, these characteristics may be present in varying amounts, which is part of the beauty of the leather and will not be accepted as defective.
The exchange or return period is 15 days from the date of receipt of your purchase. After this date, the exchange or return of any item purchased through our online store will not be accepted.
Please send an email to hello@kiniria.com with your order number, the number/name of the item you wish to return and the reason.
We will send you an email confirming the return and the steps to follow.
Products returned must be in the same condition as they were originally delivered, new and unused, with all labeling and accessories.
Return costs will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the refunded amount after acceptance of the return of the purchase.
Kiniria reserves the right to deny any credit if the merchandise does not meet our requirements.
Once your refund has been approved, you will receive the amount in the same way you made your purchase. You will be sent a confirmation email as soon as your refund has been processed.
Please note that returns from countries outside the European Union may incur additional customs charges. Under no circumstances will the brand be responsible for these costs.
*Until we receive the item, it is your responsibility. We recommend that you send us the item by courier or certified mail and that you retain proof of shipment.
