SHIPPING, EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
SHIPPING
Orders will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days after payment for your purchase.
Orders will be shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
Once shipped, delivery times will be as follows:
• Spain: estimated delivery time of 1 to 5 business days.
• Europe: estimated delivery time of 2 to 10 business days.
• Rest of the world: delivery time depends on the destination country.
*The indicated time may be altered by agents external to Kiniria.
*We do not ship to the Canary Islands.

• Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands, Andorra, and Portugal: free for orders over €100
• Countries within the European Union: €20
• Countries outside the European Union:
• United Kingdom: €25
• Switzerland: €30
• Norway: €30
• United States and Canada: €35
• Japan, Taiwan, South Korea and Singapore: €35
• Australia and New Zealand: €35

*Shipping to countries outside the European Union may incur additional customs duties not included in the shipping price. Under no circumstances will Kiniria cover these costs; they are the customer's responsibility.
All items are shipped via courier and have a tracking number that you will receive by email once your order has shipped. Please ensure the address and phone number you have provided are correct.
We are not responsible for any damage or loss that occurs after the merchandise has been handed over to the postal service or courier. If you receive a damaged or damaged package, please note it on the delivery receipt before signing for it, notify us immediately, and keep all documentation so we can file a claim.
If the product is damaged or broken in any way, please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your order. Kiniria will only cover shipping costs in the case of incorrect shipments or defective products.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
All of our products are handmade. Small imperfections or variations in shape, size, and color should not be considered defects; they are a natural part of the artisanal process.
Fur
Color differences, grain changes, wrinkles, or marks are not uncommon. Depending on the type of leather, these characteristics may be present to a greater or lesser extent; they are part of the leather's beauty and will not be considered defective.
Term
The deadline to request a return or exchange is 15 days from the date of receipt of the purchase. After this period, returns or exchanges for items purchased through our online store will not be accepted.
Procedure

Send us an email to hello@kiniria.com with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.

We will confirm acceptance of the return and the next steps via email.

Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered: new, unused, with full labeling and original accessories.
Return costs

Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer and will be deducted from the voucher issued once the return has been accepted.

Kiniria reserves the right to reject any return if the merchandise does not meet the aforementioned requirements.
Voucher for return

Instead of a cash refund, once your return is approved, you'll receive a Kiniria voucher for the same amount as your purchase (minus return shipping costs).

This voucher can be redeemed in our online and physical stores within 12 months of issuance.

The voucher is for single use only and is non-refundable.
